canceled before the renewal date.
7. Pricing and Fees
All charges, including membership fees, service fees, processing fees, taxes, shipping costs, and
optional add-on fees, shall be disclosed before payment confirmation.
8. Payments
Payments must be made through approved payment methods. The Platform may suspend
accounts associated with fraudulent, reversed, or unauthorized transactions.
9. Supplier Relationship
Products may be sourced, manufactured, packaged, and shipped by independent third-party
suppliers. WorldDropship.live does not guarantee supplier performance or inventory availability.
10. Supplier Liability
Responsibility for manufacturing defects, regulatory compliance, product recalls, safety warnings,
and labeling obligations rests with the applicable supplier or manufacturer, except where law
provides otherwise.
11. Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, images, and marketing materials may originate from suppliers.
Minor variations may occur between displayed and delivered products.
12. Shipping and Fulfillment
Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by customs inspections, supplier delays,
carrier disruptions, weather events, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable
control.
13. Customs and Import Requirements
Customers and resellers are responsible for understanding and complying with local import
regulations, customs duties, taxes, and product restrictions.
14. Returns and Refunds
Refund eligibility, return procedures, and replacement policies are subject to the Platform's Refund
Policy. Certain items may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
15. Affiliate Program
Affiliates must market services honestly and may not engage in deceptive advertising, spam,
misleading income claims, or trademark infringement.
16. Intellectual Property

17. User Conduct
